In a time of recession, internal or domestic markets are not always big enough to sustain a healthy business in regional Design, Cathy Huang was invited to share insight and knowledge of latest thinking of leadership with top designers in Belgium on how they can be more competitive in an international and global economy

Over the two days, speakers gave talks on the evolving nature of leadership and management, and share their experiences of leading companies in an increasingly globalized world. Cathy Huang, Founder of CBi China Bridge was one of the star speakers, and was selected by organizers because of her experience founding and running an insight-based innovation consultancy in China, a challenging market but one of ballooning global importance.

‘I’ve known the organizers and many of the other speakers for years,’ Cathy Huang says. ‘It was great to see them again and share our experiences with each other and with the delegates.’
